Notification Bell
When troubleshooting any issues first and foremost take note of the notification messages displayed in the top bar menu.
Request Logs
Any issue can be further investigated through the request logs that are available through the menu on the top left corner.
Within the dialog you will see a list of backend requests. Here you can scroll and expand the highlighted messages for more information.
The Errors text should hint at the issue you are experiencing.
