Migrate from Honeywell Experion

IOTA VUE provides automated migration of Honeywell Experion displays. The migration utility maps Experion objects and data references to IOTA VUE components, converting displays in bulk.

Migration also provides a path to make Experion HMI graphics available to business users for safe, read-only access without adding users to the control network.

Migration Steps

1. Select source — Choose the Experion tab in the IOTA Offline Import Utility
2. Choose displays — Browse and select displays to migrate
3. Configure data mapping (optional) — Map Experion data references to destination data sources
4. Select destination — Export to file or direct connection to IOTA VUE
5. Run bulk migration

Prerequisites

• Windows OS (Windows Server 2012+ recommended)
• .NET Framework 4.7.2
• Deployed IOTA VUE with IOTA driver for destination system
• Time series data and data model available on the destination system
