Libraries
Libraries
IOTA Vue provides two types of shared asset libraries that reduce repetitive work as your project grows. Build or upload an asset once and reuse it across every display in your organisation.
Custom Components β package a fully configured group of components β data bindings, multistates, and formatting included β into a single reusable block. Drop it onto any canvas and it lands pre-wired. Covers creating, publishing, using, and real-world patterns like instrument faceplates.
Custom SVG Library β upload your own SVG files β equipment shapes, site-specific icons, process graphics β and make them available alongside the built-in Symbol Library for any builder in the organisation.
Start with Custom Components β for most builders it is the higher-leverage of the two, letting you package a fully-wired group of components once and reuse it everywhere. Come back to the Custom SVG Library when you need your own equipment graphics and icons on the canvas.
