TimeFrame Filter

Keeping rows by the production event they fall in, rather than by a script.

TimeFrame filter appears in the Filter list marked coming later, and cannot be
selected.

A Conditions filter already reaches TimeFrame properties today:
tf1.template, tf1.name and the rest are readable from the script, so a rule such as
keep = tf1.template == 'Batch' is available now. See
Object properties for everything a TimeFrame answers to.
