R Calculation

R as a second calculation language, alongside Python.

R calculation appears in the Transform list marked coming later, and cannot be
selected. Nothing is lost by choosing it now: it simply is not offered.

Use a Python calculation for derived values today. A task built
on Python does not have to be rebuilt when R arrives; the two are alternative
languages for the same pipeline stage, not different kinds of task.
